CCI’s STA property is located in Tomerong, NSW, in the Jervis Bay area on five acres of land in a secluded, rural pocket. The property provides the ultimate peace, serenity and privacy setting while being only an easy 10–15-minute drive to Huskisson, Vincentia, St. Georges Basin, Nowra, Hyams Beach as well as several other stunning beaches in the Shoalhaven region.
The property has a variety of unique and exciting features to help ensure all guests feel comfortable, accommodated for, engaged and safe:
- Sensory friendly – we have a variety of sensory items for various needs inside and outside the house.
- We cater for environmental sensitivities. We have a scent-free policy; we ask our guests to refrain from using perfumes or sprays with fragrances. We use gentle, fragrance free or synthetic-free fragrances home and body products.
- The house is all on one level but there are three steps to get into the house. Mobility aids, such as ramps, shower chair, non-slip shower mat, etc, can be organised for your stay. Please note there are no hoist or extra-wide door frames, we might not be able to accommodate high physical disability needs.
- A comprehensive first aid kit available on site.
- The house is surrounded by native forest that attracts an abundance of local wildlife; guests will be able to enjoy serenity and breathtaking views from this secluded, architect-designed three-bedroom home.
- The open plan living areas create an exceptional space to unwind and be entertained amongst the spectacular landscape. The home is stylishly furnished to suit modern tastes whilst presenting a natural, rustic vibe at the same time.
- An abundance of outdoor space and privacy; guests can enjoy the beauty of native forests on the large wrap-around deck, great for taking in the relaxing ambience. For the ultimate relaxation, soak in the outdoor hot tub spa or roasts marshmallows by the fire pit.
