Meet George


George has had the pleasure of working in the disability space for over 14 years, discovering his passion for promoting inclusive and welcoming environments for people with disabilities in the community. Over the years, he has attained a plethora of qualifications and experience relevant to the industry.
George has embraced a person-centred approach to all of his roles, including Individualised Community Participation and Specialised Support Coordination. George believes in providing premium customer service and prides himself on having strong communication, organisational, problem-solving and reflective listening skills, professional presentation as well as being quick to action items on any to-do list.
George has immersed himself in the world of modern board gaming and values how much this interest can contribute to those engaged in the hobby. George also enjoys any environment that encourages social interaction, sports like tennis and NRL, film and TV series and video games.

 

 

Meet Vero


Vero has a bachelor’s degree in social science majoring in psychology, and comprehensive experience, with over 18 years of experience working in the mental health and disability field, Vero specialises in working with those who have psychosocial disabilities, intellectual disabilities as well as neurodiverse individuals. She has experience working 1:1 with individuals as well as in group and residential settings.
Vero aims to empower the people she supports to develop the skills needed to improve their quality of life. Her strong passion lies in helping people reach their full potential and achieve their personal goals. She believes in taking a creative and individualised approach when implementing strategies, working closely and collaboratively with both individuals and those who support them to ensure best practice.
Vero’s interests and hobbies includes gardening, yoga, travelling, animals, bush and beach walks.
