Community Connecting Illawarra is a person-centred support service for people with disabilities in the Illawarra region. We offer support coordination services geared towards helping the community welcome people with disabilities as valued and contributing members of society. We pride ourselves on offering quality services that help offer more opportunities for the people we support to get connected to inclusive and welcoming communities, increase their skills and/or confidence to live on their own, gain and/or maintain real, meaningful employment and navigate friendships and relationships.
